Rush: Obama ‘Greasing Skids’ of U.S. Decline

‘All he does is stand up every day and complain’

In an interview on Fox News’ “The O’Reilly Factor,” commentator Charles Krauthammer remarked that, “Obama is a president choosing decline.”

“We are in a position to dominate again,” he explained, “but we have a president who doesn’t believe in American exceptionalism, American greatness.”

Radio host Rush Limbaugh opened his show Tuesday by highlighting Krauthammer’s comments, which echo positions that Limbaugh has taken, and for which he’s been widely criticized, for many years.

“All [Obama] does is stand up every day and complain about things happening in the country,” Limbaugh said. “As though he’s not got any power to do anything about any of it. It’s striking.”

Yet, Limbaugh continued, “Everything that’s happened – at the border, at the [Veteran’s Affairs Administration), the IRS, Benghazi, whatever – everything happening in this country is the result of Obama’s policies.”

“I’m becoming more and more convinced that Obama’s not just satisfied with managing America’s decline. I think Obama’s greasing the skids. I think Obama is trying to hasten America’s decline. How else can you interpret the parade of bad news that we face every day?”

The host explained what he meant by comparing the American economy to an airplane.

“An airplane’s wing design means that if you achieve the correct speed, it wants to fly,” said Limbaugh. “Ditto the United States economy,” because it was designed along free market principles.

“The natural order of things is to grow,” Limbaugh continued. “When the United States’ economy is in decline, it’s a cyclical thing. There’s a pattern to these things and sometimes you can peg these [recessions] to policy decisions, but sometimes not.

“The economy naturally wants to recover, because that’s what the American people want it to do.”

However, Limbaugh went on, if the economy continues to decline, then the only logical conclusion must be that the president’s policies are intended to have precisely that negative effect.

Obama wants America to fail, said Limbaugh, because “he doesn’t believe we deserve superpower status because of the way we acquired it.”

That premise is flawed, Limbaugh said.

“These people really believe that the more you punish the successful, the more you redistribute everything,” the better off the entire world will be.

However, the prosperity and security of other nations depends in large part on the strength and success of America.

“Obama thinks he making the world better, more equal” by “cutting America down to size, but what he’s doing is allowing the whole world to descend with us.”

Obama and his followers want to redistribute wealth, but, Limbaugh asked rhetorically, “how do you distribute nothing?”

Charles Krauthammer: US-Iran Nuke Agreement ‘The Worst Deal Since Munich’

[H/T Fox News] — On Monday’s “Special Report” on the Fox News Channel, Charles Krauthammer condemned reports on the deal reached by the United States and its allies with Iran to stymie Iran’s nuclear ambitions.

According to Krauthammer, this agreement gives cover for Iran’s desire for nuclear capabilities, which will ultimately undermine the “dam” holding back the spread of nuclear proliferation.

Krauthammer: “It’s really hard to watch the president and secretary of state and not think how they cannot be embarrassed by this deal. Think about this, for half a dozen times, the Security Council has passed resolutions which said Iran has to stop all enrichment. Otherwise, there will be no change in the sanctions. No relief. Which means six times China and Russia, not exactly hardliners on Iran, have signed onto this. And what is the result of this agreement? Iran retains the right to enrich. It continues to enrich during the six months. It is promised a final deal in which we’re going to work out the details of its enrichment. And remember, enrichment is the dam against all proliferation. Once a country anywhere can start to enrich, there is no containing its nuclear capacity. So it undermines the entire idea of non-proliferation and it grants Iran a right it’s been lusting for, for a decade. That’s why there was so much jubilation in Tehran over this.”

Charles Krauthammer: Barack Obama’s Foreign Policy is ‘Epically Incompetent’

TheBlaze reported: Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer shredded President Barack Obama’s “epically incompetent” foreign policy on Thursday, one day after Russian President Vladimir Putin published a critical op-ed in the New York Times.

“Here is the president of the greatest democracy on Earth, being lectured — insultingly, really — in an American newspaper about human rights, about international law, about the protection of the elderly and children in wartime.” Krauthammer said.

He said it only makes it more embarrassing that the lecture came from a “KGB thug.”

“What we are seeing here is Putin so confident of himself…that he could actually engage in this,” Krauthammer added. “It’s an index of how, sort of, Obama has been played and continues to be right now in Geneva.”

Charles Krauthammer: Obama’s Berlin Speech Was ‘Empty, Self-Indulgent, Anachronistic And Adolescent’

Charles Krauthammer did what he does best, he tells it like it is and backs it up ith facts, and this one was no different. Contrast Obama’s speech to Regan’s speech there is no comparison.  Regan had heart and love for our country, whereas Obama’s speech was indeed, empty, self-indulgent, anachronistic, and adolescent. But then again, what did you expect from Barack Obama?

This is a story that has kept under the radar, but nevertheless warrants our attention — the cyber war with China continues to escalate and Obama thus far has done nothing about it. It’s time to act now before this becomes a huge detriment.

It’s time for the United States to “unleash the beast” and launch a counterattack against China in the ongoing cyber war, which has so far been “one-sided,” syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer said on Thursday.

“The line is crossed. We are in cyber war. But it’s one sided,” he said. “This is really interesting. It’s a very damaging issue. It is intellectual property, damaging our economy and now as we learn in this report, damaging our national security with high tech weapons are compromised.”

Krauthammer noted that the U.S. has been “passive” regarding China’s cyber attacks. He said America was also “passive” with terrorism before 9/11.

“I think we really have to unleash the beast here and to counter attack,” he added. “Now, here is the problem: With terrorism, you don’t allow individuals to go out and to counter attack freelance. We have organized army and units. I think what we ought to be thinking about is units who operate in the government, under the government certain agencies who will launch cyber attacks against the Chinese as a deterrent as a way to say– because the Chinese don’t take any of this seriously.”

KRAUTHAMMER: Biggest Scandal of All Is What the President Was Doing for 8 Hours?

This has always been at the root of the questions for Benghazi. What was the President doing during those 8 hours of the Benghazi attack? Charles Krauthammer as usual, brings up the critical points and the critical questions that need to be answered:

[loveclaw_buttons]

“I think there is a bigger story here that will in time come out. The biggest scandal of all, the biggest question is what was the president doing in those eight hours. He had a routine meeting at five o’clock. He never after during the eight hours when our guys have their lives in danger, he never called the Secretary of Defense, he never calls the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, he never called the CIA Director, Who does he call?”

“But five hours in he calls the Secretary of State. And after the phone call she releases a statement essentially about the video and how we denounce any intolerance. It looks as if the only phone call is to construct a cover story at a time when the last two Americans who died were still alive and fighting for their lives. There’s the scandal and that has to be uncovered.”
